Practice Insurance

Protect your Healing Touch practice with affordable, tailored professional coverage.

Even the most seasoned practitioners know:

While the chance of being sued may feel small, the risk to your career, reputation, and finances isn’t worth ignoring.

In today’s world — with rising legal costs and an increase in claims across healthcare and wellness — one misunderstanding or unexpected event could mean thousands of dollars just to defend yourself, even if you’ve done nothing wrong.

The good news? Protection is accessible, affordable, and designed just for you.

HTPA’s insurance program was created specifically for Energy Medicine practitioners, offering professional liability coverage that aligns with how you work — whether you’re serving individual clients or leading group classes and workshops.

You can choose from three levels of coverage, so you only pay for what fits your practice:
âś” based on the number of client hours
âś” the size of the groups you teach or facilitate
âś” and the scope of your healing work

Comprehensive Coverage

HTPA liability insurance gives you peace of mind with robust, professional coverage designed specifically for Healing Touch and Energy Medicine practitioners.

If you’re ever named in a lawsuit, you won’t face it alone. An experienced attorney will represent you, and your policy will cover legal fees, court costs, and any settlements or judgments (as outlined in the coverage details).

Your insurance includes protection for:

  • Accidents that cause injury to a client (like slip and fall)
  • Negligence claims related to professional conduct or skill
  • Libel, slander, or invasion of privacy suits
  • Product-related claims (for items you use in sessions)
  • Damage to a rented workspace
  • Legal defense costs, even if the claim has no merit

This isn’t just a policy — it’s part of your commitment to practicing responsibly, protecting your clients, and protecting yourself.
